About Us


Founder Ceri Bannister draws on more than 10 years experience in ecommerce. Early in her career, she collaborated with digital marketing professionals to improve the trading performance of Diy.com (B&Q).

Her skills in coordinating and delivering complex ecommerce activities were utilised in the renowned B&Q project, migrating the Diy.com website to the ATG platform, now Oracle Commerce.

Keen for a new challenge, she joined Wiggle.com and successfully introduced, and advanced, Wiggle’s conversion rate optimisation program. This provided the business with incremental conversion and revenue growth through new web features.

In parallel, she also represented the Marketing, International and Pricing teams in upgrading Wiggle to Oracle. Working with her immediate stakeholders and wider business leads, she ensured that a new price structure and website user experience (UX), across 12 international domains, was delivered seamlessly.

This method of hands-on cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of Turn the Tide Ecommerce. We have access to experienced specialists whenever in-house teams cannot be utilised.
